Who you are buying from

The seller is ZEPHYRWEB STUDIOS SRL, operating this Italian learning-materials storefront. Payments and purchase access are provided through Whop. Seller and order contact information are available through your purchase receipt.

What you get

The main purchase includes the complete illustrated PDF manual, browser reading edition, exercises with explained answers, and three supplemental café audio recordings with transcripts. The separate travel practice pack adds new travel scenarios and answer cards. The full conversation audio collection is not currently included as a completed feature.

What it costs

The manual costs $27 USD once. The optional travel practice pack adds $9 USD, for a $36 USD bundle. The add-on is not selected by default. Applicable taxes or charges shown by the payment provider are displayed at checkout before payment. These products are not subscriptions.

Delivery

After successful payment, use your receipt or purchase account to access the private downloads. The manual is available as a PDF and a ZIP. Extract the ZIP to use its browser reader and supporting files. No physical book is shipped. Download and keep a local copy of the files you want to use.

Cancellation and refunds

The purchases have a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for the request process and coverage of the optional pack. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

What you may do with the files

You may download and keep the files, print pages for yourself, and use them for your own practice, including practice with a partner. You can keep files already downloaded if you receive a refund.

What you may not do

Do not resell the files, upload them for public download, or distribute copies as your own product. Ask the seller before using the material as part of a paid class or a wider distribution.

What the materials are and are not

The materials provide self-guided language practice. They do not include live teaching, individual pronunciation correction, certification, or a promise of fluency by a particular date. Example lesson-cost comparisons describe different purchasing options, not guaranteed savings or equivalent learning results.

If something is wrong with a file

Use the help option associated with your order and describe the file and problem. You may request a refund under the guarantee instead of troubleshooting. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.

Changes

The edition and components described at your checkout determine what you buy. Later updates to this page do not remove the guarantee or rights attached to an earlier purchase. This version was published September 23, 2026.
