Refund policy
Thirty days to try your downloads. If they are not right for you, request your money back and keep the files.
How long you have
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a full refund. You do not need to explain why the manual or travel practice pack was not right for you.
How to ask
Open the purchase through the link in your receipt, then use the order’s help or refund option. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so the purchase can be found. You can also use the payment provider’s refund-request instructions.
What happens next
An approved refund is returned through the payment provider to the original payment method where supported. Processing time depends on that provider and your bank. A refund request made within the 30-day window remains eligible while it is processed.
You keep the downloads
You do not need to delete or return files you already downloaded. You may keep using them for your own personal practice after a refund. The restrictions on reselling and publicly distributing them still apply.
The travel practice pack
The optional $9 travel practice pack has the same 30-day guarantee. If you purchased the $36 manual-and-pack bundle and request a full refund, both parts are covered.
If a file will not open
You can ask for help through your order if a download is missing or a file will not open. Trying technical support first is optional and does not limit the guarantee or any rights provided by applicable law.
